Understanding minds. Supporting people. Advancing practice.

Welcome

Bellagarda Psychology brings together clinical expertise, scientific evidence and compassionate care to support individuals, families and professionals.

Whether you're seeking therapy, a comprehensive psychological assessment, clinical supervision, or expert consultation, our approach is grounded in thoughtful understanding, collaboration and evidence-based practice.

We believe good psychology extends beyond treatment alone. It involves understanding people in the context of their lives, translating research into meaningful practice, and creating lasting positive change for individuals and the communities they belong to.

What We Do

Bellagarda Psychology brings together clinical practice, assessment, education and research to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed psychological services for individuals, professionals and organisations.

I'm a Clinical Neuropsychologist, researcher and Board Approved Supervisor who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and the unique ways they think, learn and experience the world.

I believe that meaningful psychological care begins with curiosity. Whether I'm providing therapy, conducting an assessment, supervising psychologists or collaborating on research, my goal is always the same—to create a thoughtful, collaborative and evidence-based experience that helps people gain insight, build on their strengths and move forward with confidence.

My clinical work spans therapy and comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment across the lifespan, with particular interests in neurodevelopment, ADHD, cognitive functioning and mental health. I take a neuroaffirming approach that recognises neurodiversity as a natural part of human variation. Assessment and therapy are opportunities for understanding who we are, rather than simply identifying difficulties or diagnoses.

Alongside my clinical practice, I am actively involved in research, teaching and supervision. I completed my PhD and Master of Clinical Neuropsychology at The University of Western Australia and am undertaking further postgraduate training through the Master of Clinical Psychology (Post-Registration) at the Cairnmillar Institute. I am also a Lecturer at University of Notre Dame in Fremantle, a Senior Research Psychologist with WA CAMHS and an Honorary Research Fellow at UWA

Research has always been an important part of my professional life because it allows me to contribute to improving psychological care beyond the therapy room. My work spans clinical psychology, neuropsychology, mental health service development, implementation science and cognitive research, with a strong focus on translating evidence into meaningful improvements for individuals, clinicians and services.
