Please note that comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments are generally not eligible for Medicare rebates.

Fees for research consultation, professional training, workshops and consultancy services vary depending on the scope and requirements of each project.

Limited Bulk-Billed Therapy Appointments
A limited number of bulk-billed therapy appointments may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship or meeting specific eligibility criteria.
As availability is limited, these appointments cannot be guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of the practice.

Reduced-Fee Supervision
Reduced supervision fees may be available for psychologists completing a Master's Placement Program (MPP) or other early-career psychologists.
Supporting the professional development of future psychologists is an important part of Bellagarda Psychology's commitment to strengthening the psychology workforce.
If cost is a barrier to accessing supervision, we encourage you to get in touch to discuss the options that may be available.
Payment
Payment is required on the day of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. Payment is processed via the card details provided.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or unattended appointments, may incur the full appointment fee, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
FAQs
Do you accept NDIS referrals? At this time, Bellagarda Psychology is not a registered NDIS provider.
Do you provide WorkCover or workers' compensation services? No. Bellagarda Psychology does not currently provide assessment or treatment under WorkCover or workers' compensation schemes.
Do you provide Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) services? No. Bellagarda Psychology is not currently registered to provide services through the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA).
Do you undertake medico-legal or forensic assessments? No. Bellagarda Psychology does not undertake forensic, medico-legal, capacity, or expert witness work.
